CTS Makina A.Ş. was established in 2006, with more than 45 years of experience, to produce heavy industry machinery and equipment for the Iron and Steel sector. CTS Makina is one of the world's leading suppliers in facility manufacturing, spare parts manufacturing as well as complete TURN-KEY solutions for hydraulic power plants and industrial sectors.
CTS Makina has taken its place among the leading heavy machinery industry manufacturers thanks to its Turkish engineering and well-trained workforce, using its resources effectively with its annual capacity of 25,000 tons. Our company has a rich machinery park in its production facility in Izmir, Turkey, and specializes in heavy industry sheet metal processing, welded joining and machining in order to produce machines especially for the iron and steel industry and power plants. CTS Makina produces, assembles, installs and commissions machinery and equipment for the following industries and/or heavy industry: Iron and Steel Industry Grain Storage and Transport Equipment Cement Industry Material Handling Systems and Cranes Automotive Industry power plants Unique responsibilities such as procurement of engineering support, technological performance, construction works, installation and technical assistance of turnkey projects for metal and steel processing facilities are undertaken.
Timing and quality parameters become important during the implementation of the project during the construction of turnkey facilities. CTS Makina designs and installs all rolling mill and steel mill projects on its own site. At the same time, both customer satisfaction and industrial requirements are met by providing spare parts and equipment in addition to turnkey projects.
CTS also provides engineering and consultancy services in the renovation of existing systems, offering solutions that best suit customer demands and industrial conditions. In addition to the services mentioned, CTS Makina provides solutions to reduce production costs and workforce thanks to practical solutions, and solutions that comply with the latest technology and production methods in accordance with local and international standards.
