ECEMTAG Control Technologies Inc. was established in February 2018 with the motivation to nationalize engine and transmission control technologies.

Our company provides electronic hardware and software development, project execution, and consultancy services for the control, monitoring, and protection of diesel and gasoline engines and automatic transmission systems used in automotive, maritime, rail systems, construction machinery, and military platforms. In addition, we offer solutions for electronic control units for next-generation electric and autonomous vehicles.

Within four years, ECEMTAG, with its team of more than 40 expert engineers, has carried out development activities for Engine Control Units (ECU) and Transmission Control Units (TCU) targeting the domestic and international heavy powertrain market. These developments include in-house electronic and mechanical hardware design, real-time platform software, and control algorithm design. As a result, functional prototypes that have been tested and operated in the field have been produced.

ECEMTAG has the capability to design, develop, manufacture, test, and validate engine and transmission control units in the power range of 20–20,000 kW.

Currently, the company is successfully carrying out the ECU and TCU design and development tasks for the Turkish Main Battle Tank and New Generation Light Armored Vehicle projects, which are included in the strategic program of the Presidency of Defence Industries. Our ECU and TCU solutions developed for this authority control 8- and 12-cylinder V-type engines and a 6-speed fully automatic transmission. These powertrains provide 1000 HP and 1500 HP of power respectively to military tracked land vehicles.

ECEMTAG provides cost-effective, reliable, and open-platform development tools suitable for projects of all scales. By utilizing the latest technologies such as scalable semiconductors and model-based design tools, the company significantly accelerates the development process.

Since August 2019, our company has been continuing its operations at its new 500 m² office located in İstanbul Teknopark, which includes a standards-compliant electronics laboratory as well as secure and system rooms.

With its ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System and a Process Management System compliant with ISO 12207/15288 – CMMI v1.3 Level 2, the company provides reliable solutions tailored to the needs of its customers.
