In 1994, it started manufacturing aluminum profiles in an area of ​​3000 m2 in Merter, Istanbul, with a capacity of 1 unit of 210 tons/month and 800 tons. The company continued its production here until 1998 and later moved to its location in Hadımköy, Istanbul. Within the new understanding, a new 1500-ton fully automatic press line with a capacity of 390 tons/month was put into operation in 2003. In order to meet the ever-increasing demands, a new 2100-ton press with a capacity of 580 tons/month was commissioned in 2005. Our company, which continues to grow uninterruptedly, ranked first in growth and export sales in 2006 and accordingly added a 1100-ton press with a capacity of 320 tons/month to production. With the installation of our fifth press with a capacity of 280 tons/month and 900 tons in 2010, our annual extrusion capacity reached 21,000 tons. In 2013, 350,000 tons were produced in Çorlu. Our facility, which was modernized according to current conditions in its new location in a 60000 m2 closed area built on m2, will have an annual production capacity of 35000 tons/year, thanks to our 2750 ton press with a capacity of 1100 tons/month. The system is an integrated facility that starts from aluminum mold production and includes extrusion manufacturing, electrostatic powder paint, wood coating, anodizing, mechanical processing, composite panel manufacturing and final applications. Our molding shop supports our current production with CNC machining centers, modern machines and qualified personnel. Mold production of customer-specific profiles is also carried out here with modern equipment. It strengthens its position in the sector day by day with its product range of up to 10000 types. In our Static Powder Coating unit, which has an annual capacity of 7200 tons, our customers' special color requests are also met in addition to standard RAL colors. Profiles with a length of 8000 mm can be processed with our new dyeing unit commissioned in Çorlu. In addition to our anodizing facility commissioned in 2006, our new anodizing facility with the latest technology, which is commissioned in Çorlu and where customer-specific colors are also used, will have an annual capacity of 28000 tons/year. Special color and pattern works can be done in our transfer coating department, which started operating in 2010 as an alternative surface coating. With our mechanical processing center established in 2010, in line with the demands from our customers, profile surface drilling, countersink drilling, unloading, CNC operations, precision cutting, angle cutting, punch drilling, drilling, roving, etc. operations can be applied. Our company, which allocates most of its production capacity to exports, provides the same quality service domestically. For this purpose, as a result of its own resources, technology and R&D studies, it has launched curtain wall systems, insulated and non-insulated joinery, sliding, skylight, steel reinforced facade, composite and stone cladding sub-carrier systems under the ALUTECH SYSTEM SERIES brand. The systems offered to the industry have been subjected to engineering tests at every stage and compliance with all accessories in European (EN) norms has been ensured.
