Varzene Metal, which offers very special metals such as titanium, nickel alloys and special stainless steels used in the aviation and chemical industries, to the service of the country's industry, has gained the favor of the sector by closing a large supply gap. Again, for the first time in Turkey, it created great added value with the use of correct materials by introducing and presenting the most advanced technological materials such as shape memory alloy, cobalt alloys containing tungsten, molybdenum hafnium carbide to the sector. Varzene Metal is a manufacturer of Nickel and Cobalt based Superalloys, Duplex, Super Duplex and Super austenitic stainless steels, High Speed Steels and Tool Steels.
The application areas of Varzene Metal's wide range of special steels include the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry, Aviation, Medical and Defense Industry. Operating in the most special fields of Metallurgy and Materials science, Varzene Metal succeeded in the cold drawing process of metals such as nickel alloys, high speed steels, duplex steels in 2012, and became the first company in Turkey to produce these metals by cold drawing. In 2020, it commissioned Turkey's first boutique integrated facility in strategic metals in its factory in Izmir Aliağa.
In this way, all superalloys, which were imported into Turkey with very long lead times and great difficulties, began to be produced in an integrated manner and in semi-finished forms. The production of tool steels is also among the capabilities of the facility. Today, with its production facilities on an area of 20,000 square meters, Varzene Metal provides 24-hour service to the most special areas of the Turkish Metal Industry, such as aerospace, defense, medical, maritime and automotive, with its expert engineering staff, and is the only center that produces special metal alloys and superalloys in Turkey.
In addition, with these production capabilities, it has become one of the few companies in the world.
