Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayii A.Ş., one of the Akkök Holding companies and the world's leading acrylic fiber producer, was founded in 1968 and stepped into the sector in 1971 by starting production in Yalova with an annual capacity of 5,000 tons. About Us Aksa Akrilik, which has become the largest acrylic fiber producer under one roof worldwide, thanks to the investments it has made and the technologies it has developed since its establishment, is today a world giant serving approximately 400 customers in 5 continents, more than 50 countries. Aksa Akrilik, which operates with nearly half a century of experience, more than 1,400 employees, a production area of ​​600 thousand square meters and an annual capacity of 355,000 tons, is both a strong player on a global scale and a pioneer in its field in Turkey.

Aksa, which produces approximately 950 tons per day, has the capacity to provide knitwear fiber to more than 2 million people. Aksa Akrilik, which has added new product groups such as outdoor fiber, modacrylic, flock tow, homopolymer and filament yarn to its portfolio since 2001, continues its industry leadership with its work carried out in line with sustainability principles as of 2024, creates long-term value for all its stakeholders and directly contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals. In addition, with the Aksafil investment realized in 2023, 100 percent acrylic high bulk airjet and corespun yarn started to be produced with the technology applied for the first time in the world.
