Alp Aviation, established in Eskişehir in 1998, is a private enterprise company that manufactures flight critical/rotary components, subsystems and systems for its customers in different parts of the world, specific to the Aerospace industry and under the high technology, quality, design, engineering and production standards of this industry. Alp Aviation provides services with nearly 1500 highly qualified personnel, over two hundred and fifty new generation multi-axis machine tools, CMM quality control equipment, various testing capabilities including non-destructive testing, coating, special process and wide-scale laboratory capabilities. In addition, Alp Aviation has over 100 special process capabilities under its roof, some of which are found in very few facilities in the world and all of which are approved by NADCAP and OEM customers.
Alp Aviation has extensive experience in the processing of titanium, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper alloys and super alloys, together with its effectively operating supply chain. Alp Aviation produces Helicopter Dynamic Parts and Assemblies, Helicopter Tail Propeller Drive Shaft System (TRDS) Parts and Assemblies, Jet Aircraft for its customers such as Lockheed Martin (Sikorsky, LM Aero), Raytheon Technologies (Pratt & Whitney, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Collins Aerospace), Honeywell, Safran, Heroux Devtek, Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI), TEI and Aselsan, which are among the world's aviation giants. It produces Dynamic and Static Engine and APU System components, Landing Gear, Aircraft Structural Parts and Assemblies, Hydraulic and Fuel Pipe Systems, including Integrally Bladed Rotors (IBR) used in engines.
Products produced by Alp Aviation; Black Hawk, Seahawk, S-76, S-92, CH53, H-160, Boeing 737, Boeing 747, Boeing 767, Boeing 777, Boeing 787, Airbus A319/NEO, Airbus A320/NEO, Airbus A321/NEO, Airbus A330, Airbus A340, Airbus A350, Airbus A380, Embraer 550, Gulfstream G500, Gulfstream G600, Gulfstream G650, Falcon 10X, F-15, F-18, B-2, F-35 (Previous Production), F-22 (Previous Production); It is used in aerial platforms such as PW1100G, PW1200G, PW1500G, PW1700G, PW1900G, F100, PW150, PW535, PW980, F135 (Past Production), PD170, TS1400, HTF 7000 Series, APUs. While Alp Aviation provides the best value for its customers with its effective and efficient operations and Industry 4.0 applications, it can provide a 40% cost advantage compared to classical production methods with the "ceramic cutters" specially developed and patented for the processing of nickel alloys. Alp Aviation became an R&D center as of November 14, 2013.
