About
Mubitek was established as a sole proprietorship company in 2005 to engage in design engineering activities. It has been operating as a Limited Company since 2009 and provides design engineering and software development services with more than 30 personnel. In the 2nd year of its establishment, Turkey's first mold design export was made to Spain.
To date, Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Opel, Audi, Ford, Renault, PSA, Nissan, Lancia, Fiat, Iveco, Ferrari, Maserati, Aston Martin, McLaren etc. He designed more than 1000 molds for the main body parts of automobiles and carried out the production monitoring of many of them. Closely following the changes and needs in the market, Mubitek started design innovation studies with R&D support and achieved the "smart design program" consisting of auxiliary modules to the Catia V5 program by making process innovation in mold design.
This product has been used by Erkalıp in more than 800 mold designs. In the same context, smart design applications have been developed for Tofaş. This application is used by all companies that design molds for Tofaş, from Italy to South Korea.
This application provided 35% efficiency in design and came 2nd in the SME Category in the 2016 Efficiency Project Awards. He also developed software for mold design data management for Tofaş. Mubitek has developed many products and processes as a result of innovative studies.
The main ones are: design macros, standard mold sets, smart standard part library, modular apparatus design and program, design data management and design control with VR. Again, with our R&D studies, the local and national CAD program ÇİZEN was developed. With this program, various designs are made within the company and it has reached more than 1000 licensed users in Türkiye and the world.
Our work in design attracted the attention of MAN company and it requested design and production services for the improvement of the Body Notching/Marrying apparatus used in current production. As a result of the engineering studies we carried out, Set-Up times were shortened, efficiency in production was achieved, measurement and stability errors were eliminated, and the quality of the bus body geometry was increased. Export-oriented studies have started since 2016 and our export rate reached 95% in 2019 and completed 2020 and 2021 with the same momentum.
Our company ranked 18th among the 100 fastest growing businesses in Turkey in 2021 by TOBB. In 2022, it received the 1st prize in Innovation Organization and Culture in the Inovalig competition organized by the Ministry of Commerce and the Turkish Exporters Assembly, and the 2nd prize in the Ministry of Industry Efficiency Project Competition. As of the second half of 2021, Mubitek has started working on a project that provides "efficient management from design to production" by using artificial intelligence algorithms and robotic process automation.
The company aims to gain market share from the aviation and defense industry in the short term. In the long term, it aims to provide design services to the same sectors with different materials (magnesium, etc.) and to work on "mold commonality" to ensure cost efficiency in molds.
