Established in 1998 in Eskisehir, Turkey; Alp Aviation is a privately owned company with absolute dedication to the aerospace industry and its highest standards. With its efficient operations, quality, design and lean manufacturing practices, Alp Aviation manufactures flight critical and rotating parts, systems and subsystems for various customers around the world.

Having approximately 1300 highly skilled employees, Alp Aviation utilizes more than 200 new generation multi-axes machines and CMM quality control equipment, performs various tests including non-destructive tests, coatings and other special processes and has a wide range of laboratory capabilities.  Alp Aviation has over 70 distinct special processes some of which can rarely be found throughout the world, and all approved by NADCAP and OEM customers. 

Alp Aviation, together with its efficient supply chain demonstrate extensive experience in machining and processing of titanium, nickel, aluminium, steel, stainless steel, copper alloys and super alloys. Alp Aviation manufactures Helicopter Dynamic Parts & Assemblies, Helicopter Tail Rotor Drive Shaft System (TRDS) Parts & Assemblies, Dynamic & Static Engine and APU Parts including jet engine Fan and Compressor Integrally Bladed Rotors, Landing Gear Parts & Assemblies, Structural Parts & Assemblies, Hydraulic and Fuel Systems and Tube Assemblies to the world’s aviation giants such as Lockheed Martin (Sikorsky, LM Aero), Raytheon Technologies (Pratt & Whitney, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Collins Aerospace), Honeywell, Boeing Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayi (TAI), TEI and Aselsan.

Today the products proudly manufactured by Alp Aviation support several rotary and fixed wing aircraft platforms such as Black Hawk, Seahawk, S76, S92, CH53, CH47, F-35, F-22, Boeing 737, Boeing 747, Boeing 767, Boeing 777, Boeing 787, Airbus 320, Airbus 330, Airbus 340, Airbus 380, Airbus A400M as well engine programs such as F135, F100, P&W GTF Engines, PW150, PW305, PW530, PW535, PW545, PW600.

While offering best value for its customers with its efficient operations and Industry 4.0 practices; Alp Aviation particularly provides over 40% cost advantage compared to classical production methods using the "ceramic cutters" technology specifically developed and patented for the processing of nickel alloys.

Within the scope of Design activities, Alp Aviation has completed Hürkuş trainer Aircraft  Landing Gear design and manufactured its prototype through 3D technology. Besides, Alp Aviation has completed the design and manufacturing activities of Sikorsky Black Hawk pushrods, and performed the required test activities in house. Alp Aviation's greatest achievement in the field of design is to design and manufacture the Accessory Gear Box (AGB) of an indigenously developed Turkish Turbo Shaft Engine, and the first AGB designed, manufactured by ALP engineers delivered in 2021 and passed the tests successfully.
