Baykar, founded in 1986, followed the paradigm shift that occurred in aviation and diverted its focus to developing UAVs and complementary subsystems with national sources. All critical components of unmanned systems are produced in-house by Baykar. Today, the 500 thousand flight hours of experience gained from unmanned aerial vehicles' operationalization subsidizes the independent/unique projects pursued in robotics, software, design, and A.I, led by the young and talented engineering team.
