Entry Points, Badge Printing and Security Procedures
Protocol and VIP Entrances
Protocol and VIP guests will enter through the main front entrance serving Halls 2–5.
Exhibitor and Visitor Entrances
Exhibitors and visitors may access the venue through:
• The rear entrance serving Halls 7–8, or
• The entrances of Halls 1 and 3.
Badge Printing
Exhibitors and visitors may print their photo entry badges at the entrance kiosks or registration desks by using:
• The QR code sent to them during online registration, or
• Their Turkish ID Number / Passport Number.
Important Notice
In accordance with security procedures, all participants must complete their online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival, including uploading a recent photograph and entering their required information into the system.
Individuals who have not completed online registration will not be granted access to the exhibition.
To reduce congestion at the entrances, please have your QR code ready upon arrival.
As part of the security check process, a valid photo ID (national ID card or passport) will be required at the entrance gates.
