ARGEVİNÇ, founded in 2004 and based in Bursa, Turkey, is a specialized manufacturer of winches, hoists, and material handling systems. Today, ARGEVİNÇ is recognized as a leading supplier of equipment for off-road, special-purpose, and military vehicles.
As a member of the STARTER Group (France), our expertise is built on a deep understanding of the unique requirements of these demanding industries. We offer both fully customized solutions and standardized products, tailored to meet specific cost and technical constraints.
Our manufacturing excellence relies on extensive experience in sheet metal processing, welding, and mechanical engineering, as well as hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Every component is meticulously tested, validated, and certified using our in-house control equipment and test benches.
Our winches and heavy-duty material handling systems have been tested under the most extreme conditions, both in Turkey and internationally. To strengthen our product offering, we’ve established strategic partnerships and representations with WARN Industries and STARTER.

STARTER, established in 1971 in France, designs and manufactures electric and hydraulic winches for trucks and special vehicles, including armored vehicles.
