BFK Marin Ventilation was established on 23.08.2024 and operates primarily in the marine sector, as well as in industrial fields, providing manufacturing, sales, installation, maintenance, and repair services for ventilation ducts and equipment.

Our company specializes in insulated and non-insulated air ducts, fittings, and fire dampers manufactured from aluminum and galvanized materials. We are proud to be the only domestic company capable of producing these products with MED certification.

In this context, we have developed the “NanogenAir Project,” an innovative air sterilization system consisting of an ultraviolet (UV) light source, a stainless steel protective housing, and an advanced electronic control unit. The interaction of UV rays with the stainless steel surface generates a next-generation hygienic plasma, which contains inactivation agents and negative ions. These are distributed throughout the environment via air circulation, effectively neutralizing harmful microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, and mold/fungi. Additionally, the plasma ion technology facilitates the precipitation of airborne particles, providing a cleaner and healthier breathing environment.

Our project offers significant advantages, particularly for defense industry applications. By utilizing aluminum-based materials and laser welding technology, we provide lighter, more durable, and corrosion-resistant ventilation systems. When integrated with antibacterial duct systems and UV-based air purification devices, our solution enhances indoor air quality in military vessels. This contributes to protecting crew health, improving operational efficiency, and increasing system reliability.
