As CSC Composites (CSC Makina Elektronik Ticaret Ltd Şti), our main business is to produce high-tech composite materials. In the past, we have undertaken important projects in the production of composite racing sailboats, where weight, durability and geometric precision are very important, and the boats we have produced have achieved podium places in the world's most important races. Afterwards, we focused our expertise only on composite production due to our prediction that the usage area of composite material will expand greatly and that many tools, equipment and structures that we use in every aspect of our lives will be made of composite materials in the future.
We can produce molds and parts in-house and then carry out the necessary assembly and surface treatments. As a mold; We can produce all solutions in-house, from handmade molds to various block materials. In production, we use infusion and prepreg/autoclave methods.
Our experience in the sector is very broad due to the products we offer to many sectors. Today, our team has the knowledge and experience of producing parts for many different purposes, from 150-200m2 molds and infusion technique production to 0.1 m2 prepreg autoclave production.
