About
Our company retains its intellectual and industrial property rights; It is focused on the design and manufacturing of 20-40 mm guns and barrels, which are in high demand both at home and abroad in conventional as well as asymmetrical combat conditions. In less than a year, the production of two 20 mm gas recoil-operated drum guns was completed, and more than 1000 shots were fired with these guns within the scope of performance/function shooting. These cannons, which can currently be adapted to land, air and sea platforms and remote-controlled weapon systems with their adjustable rate of fire; It creates a functional and scalable ready-made product infrastructure and know-how that can be used in the production of larger diameter 25, 30, 35 and 40 mm guns.
The most important defense equipment after heavy weapons in the defense of the country is medium-caliber weapon systems. These weapons, which we are preparing for mass production, have so far either been imported directly or partially produced domestically under license purchased from foreign sources. This is an area where we were dependent on abroad in terms of technology until our company's initiative in this regard.
Barrel technologies have also been obtained subject to restrictions within the scope of these licenses, and guns/cannons with 20 and 25 mm barrels are currently being imported from abroad, sometimes due to lack of materials and sometimes capacity. Our company has activated a unique and national barrel manufacturing process for medium caliber guns for the first time in Turkey, using the Electrolysis Grooving (EYA) method. When medium caliber gun barrels are manufactured using the classical machining method, manufacturing times are long, costs are high, barrel surface sensitivity is low, barrel life is short, and there are stresses, especially at the rifling-set bottoms, due to machining.
With the EYA method; By using all kinds of steel materials with a hardness of up to 60 HRC, barrels can be manufactured more cheaply, with high surface quality, with long barrel life and faster. Our company aims to carry forward its original works on subjects such as flexible bullet path, layered barrel chrome plating, recoil damping systems, electrical arming mechanisms, double ammunition feeding and trunk-free feeding, under the guidance of SAHA Istanbul, in support of these areas in which it specializes.
