Aluminum Testing Training and Research Center located at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Foundation University, known as "ALUTEAM", was born within the scope of the project whose foundations were laid in Aluexpo in 2011, in partnership with Fatih Sultan Mehmet Foundation University and Entrepreneurial Aluminum Industrialists and Businessmen Association, and started its activities in 2013 with the support of Istanbul Development Agency (ISTKA). images ALUTEAM In 2018, the Aluminum Building Systems Testing and Training Laboratories (ASTEL) Project was entitled to receive support within the scope of the ISTKA Innovative and Creative Istanbul Financial Support Program, and in 2022, the Aluminum Sector Energy Efficiency Digital Interface Development and ALUTEAM Competence Increasing Project was completed within the scope of the ISTKA Innovative Istanbul Financial Support Program. images ALUTEAM ALUTEAM, which carries out its activities as a testing, training and research center, is nourished by the efficiency arising from the combination of the research capacity provided by the academy and the production experience of the business world.

With our investments in additive manufacturing technologies, our country has gained a significant production and research capacity, especially in aluminum additive manufacturing.
