Founded in 1985, KESTAŞ is the undisputed leader of Turkey in broaching hook production. In a closed area of 7,000 m2, it manufactures all kinds of broaching looms and brooch-based spare parts, especially brooch hooks, with its staff of engineers and technicians who are experts in their fields. The brooch hooks we produce are designed in accordance with ISO and DIN norms.
Today, KESTAŞ, which serves more than 800 main industry and sub-industry organizations across the country, has reached a level where it can compete in international markets with its investments in advanced technology. KESTAŞ continues to serve the machinery and manufacturing sector with its production approach that does not compromise on quality, solutions that meet customer demands and after-sales services. KESTAŞ, which has been constantly renewing itself in more than 30 years since its establishment, is happy to share with you the justified pride of breaking new ground in our country with the heat treatment facility it commissioned in 2005. Yes, this facility is the first and only facility operating in Turkey in terms of processing capacity.
In our facility, brooch hooks with a diameter of 350mm, a cutter of 1600mm and a total length of 2000mm can be easily hardened. With this investment, our company offers you the brooch crochets that you, our valued industrial organizations, have to procure from different sources, especially due to problems related to the heat treatment length, with equivalent quality, affordable cost and in a short time period.
