About
Our company, which was established on 29.08.2013 for the design and production of 7-Axis CNC Automatic Lathe, which is not produced in Türkiye, started its activities by receiving Tübitak 1507 project support for this project. The project was successfully completed in November 2015, and the success of the 7-Axis CNC Automatic Lathe, designed and produced by our company, was confirmed by tests carried out under the supervision of experts. Our company, which could not invest in mass production of this machine under the conditions of that day due to financial reasons, changed its field of activity and started machining with the CNC machine and a few old machines that it designed and produced.
Our company, which received significant amounts of machining jobs from Azerbaijan and Bulgaria very soon after starting machining, received the Facility Security Certificates with National and Nato Confidentiality Class required for the production of military parts in January 2018. Our company, which has prioritized quality and customer satisfaction since the day it started manufacturing in order to differentiate itself from its competitors, specializes in the manufacturing of difficult to produce and value-added precision parts. Currently, our company produces directly for main industrial companies such as FNSS Defense Systems, Roketsan, Sarsılmaz Silah Sanayi, System Defence, Cofle TK etc. Our company, which has a total of 18 CNC machines, including the machine of its own design, which was completed in 2015, provides work as a sub-supplier to approximately 10 larger or smaller companies, and the production capacities of these companies are evaluated by our company.
In addition to machining, some of the parts produced within our company and supplied externally are assembled and presented so that customers can use them directly on assembly lines. In addition to machining, our company is one of the rare companies in Türkiye that can make Molykote coating, also known as Anti-Friction Coating. Molykote coating is applied to some parts produced within our company and parts produced directly by our customers.
Our company, which mainly produces according to customer technical drawings in machining, has many of its own products that can be used in Military Land Vehicles and Air Platforms. As of 2023, institutionalization efforts have started in our company and there are currently 8 white-collar employees and managers in our company. Our company continues its engineering and marketing activities towards the goal of providing 40% of its sales with its own unique products by the end of 2025.
