Our company was founded in 1979 in Ankara by Orhan OBALI, Mehmet ÖZDEŞLİK and Erdoğan YETİŞKEN to produce electronic devices in line with the Electronics training they received. At that time, we started to specialize in industrial ovens by making various oven control and dosing systems for institutions such as MKE and Alarko. Over time, we have become a company that not only automates ovens but also manufactures complete industrial ovens. We sold our first industrial furnace to Kütahya Azot industrial foundry in 1983. Since then, hundreds of our ovens on the market are still working and providing service. Our company provides project planning, sales and after-sales technical services regarding its working subjects. In the light of our knowledge and experience, our ovens are designed and manufactured to meet all customer requirements, using the latest control system technologies. Our ovens are produced with direct or indirect heating systems, gas or electric heating. With its fully automatic control systems, it can clearly provide all desired time-temperature graphs during the process. Our company, which has commissioned approximately 650 ovens throughout our 32 years of oven life, has never left any customer dissatisfied. 16 of our 70-strong staff consist of engineers who are competent in their fields. With this power, experience and new factory facilities, our company is ahead of many of the largest companies in Europe. Sistem Teknik produces ready-to-install and operate heat treatment units with customer-specific designs. Our production line; It includes Shielded Gas Furnaces, Hardening & Shaping Furnaces, Soldering Furnaces, Bright Annealing Furnaces, Gas Cementation & Nitriding Furnaces, Gas Generators, Special Process Furnaces & Instrumentation and Thermal Treatment Lines. We opened our Istanbul branch in 1985. We moved our company to Istanbul in 1989. We moved to our new factory in the DES industrial site in 1994. In 2009, we started to produce furnaces and heat treatment facilities especially for the automotive and steel industry by putting our new, extremely modern factory into operation in the Taysad Organized Industrial Zone. In our new factory, which has a closed production area of 6000 m2, with a total of 10 000 m2, we heat treatment with our expert staff. We produce solutions for your transaction needs.
