Our facility is among the limited number of plants worldwide capable of operating «Cryogenic Freezing» (liquid nitrogen freezing), «Freeze-Drying», and «Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction» systems both in an integrated manner and independently, in line with the zero-waste processing principle for agricultural products.
Located in the organized industrial zone of Silifke, Mersin, our facility is built on a 30,000 m² land area with approximately 10,000 m² of indoor space. We produce cryogenically freeze-dried fruits, vegetables, and ready-to-eat meals. Additionally, our supercritical carbon dioxide extraction system enables the purification and production of health-beneficial bioactive compounds.
Our factory holds BRCGS (Food Safety), FSSC 22000 (Food Safety), FDA, Halal, and Kosher certifications. We export globally, primarily to the United States and Japan, contributing to our country through high value-added products.
