Er Döküm Makine Sanayi was founded in 1974 by Chairman Ertan Cüceloğlu in Kartal, Istanbul, and has been continuing its production process since December 2014 in a 7,000 m² area in Tuzla, Istanbul. To carry out the marketing and sales activities of its products, Er Döküm Makina Sanayi Ve Anonim Şirketi was established in 1993.

Our company, registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Industry and Commerce, has held the TSE Manufacturing Competency Certificate since 1988, the ISO 9001 Quality System Certificate since 1996, the ISO/TS 16946 Quality System Certificate since 2005, and the ISO 14001 Environmental Certificate since 2006. As one of the distinguished industrial organizations in our country, we have achieved manufacturing and quality system competency through quality system and process audits.

We export aluminum cast final parts directly to various locations, including Germany, Spain, France, Austria, Sweden, Japan, and the USA, across different sectors. Post-casting processes such as machining, sandblasting, part washing, polishing, impregnation, and heat treatment are applied. Leak tests, penetrant (crack tests), mechanical tests, and raw material acceptance tests (Chemical Analysis, Sand Analysis, and Hardness Measurement) are successfully conducted in our laboratories. Our organization has the capacity to produce parts weighing from 50 grams to 500 kilograms that are 100% leak-proof and can withstand pressures of up to 220 bars.

We utilize electronic communication tools for communication with our customers, suppliers, and internal communication. Our organization is fully capable of manufacturing finished parts in collaboration with our suppliers.
