FZK Engineering and Industrial Investments Inc. was established in 2017 in Gebze/Kocaeli, Turkey, a prominent industrial center. 
The company is fully owned by Ziraat Participation Bank Inc., marking it as the first industrial enterprise in Turkey funded through participation banking project finance.
Spanning a total area of 25,000 square meters, with 15,000 square meters allocated to production facilities, FZK Engineering boasts a workforce of over 200 highly specialized professionals. The company has achieved certification for its Y25 Classic and Y25 H Type bogies, demonstrating compliance with the TSI (Technical Specifications for Interoperability) document, which outlines the technical requirements valid across all European Union countries, as set by the European Railway Agency. This certification confirms that FZK manufactures products that meet high standards of reliability and performance in railway transportation. With its TSI certifications, FZK has prioritized Europe as its top target for bogie sales in its 2024 goals.
FZK has developed its machinery and equipment infrastructure along with the certification processes, created a robotic welding production line within the scope of new investments in this field, and completed its work to optimize production processes.
