Milpower Defense Systems Inc. was established in 2017 by engineers with extensive experience in military land vehicle projects. The company's purpose and strategic goal are to participate in military land vehicle, air platform, locomotive, and high-performance industrial system projects and to be the supplier of "Cooling Systems" for these projects. Product development and project studies are conducted at R&D offices located in Ankara Bilkent Cyberpark and Istanbul Technopark. The facility in Ankara Ivedik is responsible for product testing, verification, and assembly processes. Milpower Defense Systems, which holds AS9100 certification, has product design and manufacturing capabilities that meet military and aerospace industry standards.
