RMA Plastik was established in 1998 in the Mersin Organized Industrial Zone. The company produces plastic products using rotational molding, injection molding, and blow molding technologies, which are various plastic processing methods.
Focusing particularly on the food, chemical, automotive, playground, agriculture, plastic, and textile sectors, RMA Plastik manufactures polyethylene products in various volumes, sizes, and colors, starting from 100 liters up to 40,000 liters.
RMA Plastik's product portfolio includes water and acid tanks, storage and transportation depots for food products (olive oil, fruit juice, turnip juice, milk, pickles, etc.), brine tanks, agricultural spraying tanks, septic tanks, latex glue tanks, mixing and heated tanks, AdBlue tanks, diesel tanks, truck and trailer mudguards, vehicle-mounted transport tanks, pallets, trash bins, recycling boxes, road and water barriers, sumps for gas stations, diesel storage tanks, calf shelters, IBC tanks, marine buoys, playgrounds, acid pools, glucose and fructose storage tanks, textile carts, dyeing carts, rope dyeing buckets, kops boxes, dustpans, spiral tanks, bunkers, boats and canoes, first aid stretchers, and decorative products (seating groups with illuminated pots).
With the rotational molding method, which allows for fast and low-cost mold development, RMA Plastik can quickly and easily produce molds in line with customer requests and needs, facilitating the design of new products. In this context, RMA Plastik has a mold workshop and a technical drawing and design team. Additionally, through its metal workshop, RMA Plastik also constructs metal frameworks for products as requested by customers. To increase production capacity and respond more quickly to customer needs, the company opened its second production facility in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, in 2012.
