OUR STORY
Our story , which began in 2014 with the production of weapon ammunition and parts in the defense and aviation industry , quickly crossed the country's borders after a serious investment we made in Turkey's first Weapon Specialized Organized Industrial Zone in 2019. We created our own unique brand line in the field of weapons and ammunition with our R&D Center and quality laboratory, which we established in 2021. As Sinerji Weapon and Ammunition, today we are proud to be a local and national brand operating in the production of sensitive and critical parts.
OUR FACILITY

As Sinerji, we combine our practical, theoretical and managerial knowledge and experience with our technological capabilities to offer innovative products and solutions in the field of defense and aviation industry. Analysis, research , design, system engineering , project management , prototype and product We produce original projects with our R&D team specialized in development issues .
Especially in the R&D studies we carry out with university-industry collaboration and the product developments we make with integrator companies and institutions such as ASELSAN, TÜBİTAK, MKE. We carry out localization projects within the scope of development activities.
In the field of defense industry, we work on original projects in our R&D, quality control, machining, forging and pressing , sheet metal processing, welding processing, surface treatment centers, as well as our gun shooting range and physical-chemical measurement test laboratories.
Thanks to our high and very sensitive quality measurement devices in our quality laboratories, we control product quality in all processes from the entry of raw materials to the shipment of the product.
We also follow many technologies, technological products, innovations and developments. We manage our processes with programs such as SolidWorks , Siemens NX, Visual CAM, Esprite CAM and NETSİS ERP. In order to manage effective and efficient operations and provide the best value for customers, we attach importance to Industry 4.0 applications and use SmartFactory for instant tracking of our production activities. OUR DOCUMENTS
In order to meet the quality assurance requirements, we have established control mechanisms for regular and routine control, audit and traceability by utilizing reference standards and we have TSE EN ISO/IEC 9001:2015, TSE EN ISO/IEC 14001:2015, TSE EN ISO/IEC 45001:2018, TSE EN ISO/IEC 27001:2013 management system certificates. Our company has received 78 points from the approved supplier candidate evaluation audit supported by major defense industry companies such as ASELSAN, Roketsan and TAI and has obtained the ES-401-B EYDEP Certificate. As a result of the evaluations made by the Ministry of National Defense, our company has been certified with the Facility Security Certificate, NATO Approved Facility Security Certificate, and Military Factories General Directorate Approved Supplier Certificate.

OUR PRODUCTS
Medium Caliber Ammunition: We offer innovative solutions in medium caliber ammunition fired by firearms such as machine guns, tanks, howitzers and cannons in 20 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 60 mm, 81 mm ammunition series.
Large Caliber Ammunition: We make precise and customer-specific productions in large caliber ammunition series of 120 mm, 122 mm, 152 mm, 155 mm used to make border security, airspaces and military areas more protected.
Ammunition Components and Fuze: We provide advanced engineering services to integrator companies with unique experience in Mechanical Artillery, Mortar, Grenade Launcher Ammunition and Other Fuzes and especially mechanical impact fuzes .
Ammunition Accessories: We make special productions for our customers with 250 lb. , 500 lb., and 2000 lb. Hanging Handles, Hermetic Boxes, and Ammunition Accessories.
Rifled Weapons Product Groups : In rifled weapons, we produce 9 mm semi and fully automatic weapons and pistols with high quality and desired performance outputs through advanced R&D studies and offer them to our customers.
Smoothbore Weapons Product Groups : We offer high-performance products to users who are into hunting sports in smoothbore weapons, pump-action shotguns that provide a positive contribution to aiming and hit rate with adjustable tactical stock and ergonomic grip, allowing each user to adjust the sight according to their own preferences thanks to the adjustable rear sight.

 

Weapon Parts and Components : We manufacture high quality, cost-effective weapon components that enable a firearm to operate, fulfill its functions, and perform certain functions such as firing the weapon, loading and unloading bullets, and locking the barrel.
Weapon and Weapon System Accessories: Our company manufactures carrying and preservation accessories such as universal adapters, bipods, silencers, parachutes, and mounting cradles used in weapons and weapon systems with precision, in a way that makes them safe and effective in the systems in which they are used.
