As Tibet Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., we are Turkey's FIRST and LARGEST company in its field, operating in Izmir/Menemen and providing turntable gears, bearings, flanges, turret gears, turret bearings and pinions in the range of Ø150mm - Ø4500mm and maintenance and revision services for these products since 1980s. 
In addition to standard productions, Tibet Makina also provides services with special productions in line with the demands. 
The raw materials we use are imported from Europe as seamless and rolled hoops. 
In our factory located in Menemen, Izmir, we have coating baths with a width of 4 meters and a depth of 4 meters. 
Our coating types; Hard Anodizing (TIP 2 CLASS 1 and TIP 3 CLASS 1), Manganese Phosphate, Hot Zinc Spraying, Sandblasting.
Our quality tests and measurements are carried out in our factory. 
We have two CMM (Three Dimensional Measurement) Devices. 
- 3 meters (X) x 5,1 meters (Y) x 2 meters (Z)
- 1.2 meters (X) x 0.9 meters (Y) x 0.8 meters (Z)
Our testing competence; 
Friction torque test, humidity test, high/low temperature test, air and water tightness test, load test, rain test etc.
