ÖZATA SHIPYARD

Özata Shipyard was established in 2002 in Altınova, Yalova, and has grown into its current modern facility structure. Operating on a 60,000 m² area, the shipyard builds yachts, mega yachts, passenger vessels, SAR boats, carbon fiber catamaran ferries, and Defense Industry Projects (AGEM, ADKG). It has an annual steel processing capacity of 20,000 tons and the capability to build vessels up to 30,000 DWT. With its carbon fiber production infrastructure, the shipyard includes a carpentry workshop, fiber cutting workshop, a 2,000 m² climate-controlled factory, and 10,000 m² of covered production area. With its innovative approach, Özata continues to contribute to the development of the maritime industry.
