BERU A.G. and BorgWarner mergers
As a result of this relationship, which continued with mutual trust until 1996, the complete facility in Germany was purchased by OPAŞ with an agreement to transfer production and the facility was brought to Turkey, and later Doduco was purchased by BERU A.G, another important company in Germany, and as a result of the continuation of the same agreement, OPAŞ became a long-term supplier of BERU A.G. Later, BERU A.G. As a result of the merger with BorgWarner, OPAŞ became the supplier of BERU GmbH under the same conditions.

Federal Mogul Aftermarket GmbH
It has continued as the supplier of Federal Mogul Aftermarket GmbH since 2013. As a result of its structure that has not compromised on quality since the first day as a management philosophy, our company, which has been certified by Bureau Veritas with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certificate, continues its planned studies especially on Total Quality Management. With another agreement, OPAŞ has also become the supplier of the British INTERMOTOR company belonging to the AMERICAN S.M.P (Standard Motor Products Europe Limited).

OPAŞ has developed a new marketing and sales organization that can meet the demands in the domestic and foreign markets in a timely manner by developing its sales network in the domestic and foreign markets. It successfully continues its marketing and sales with various dealership systems with separated regions in the Turkish market. The main countries to which it exports abroad are ENGLAND, GERMANY, ITALY, ROMANIA, SOUTH AMERICAN COUNTRIES (ARGENTINA, CHILE, BRAZIL and others), RUSSIA, IRAN, EGYPT, LEBANON, ALGERIA, TURKISH REPUBLIC OF NORTHERN CYPRUS, SYRIA, JORDAN, IRAQ AND NORTH AFRICAN COUNTRIES.
