Since 1959, Tekno Kauçuk has been at the highest level of customer expectations with its Doğan
Lastik branded various products. Tekno Kauçuk aims to become “the leading company producing new
products and technologies” by providing “creativity, speed and flexibility” in parallel to the restructuring
process in 2001. The factory is located in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone on an area of 17.500 m². Besides, the company has two factories in TAYSAD Organized Industrial Zone and Düzce; and
two more facilities in Mexico and India. These plants produce rubber-metal antivibration parts,
membranes for the air brake bellows and wiring harness grommets for the automotive sector. The
company also manufactures vibration and impact dampers with the Tekno-Stop brand for the Railway,
Aviation and Defense Industries. The most important feature that distinguishes Tekno Kauçuk from its competitors is the capacity and possibilities of being a design partner in the specialized products. Not only with our product, but also with the expert engineers who has a profound information about the usage and conditions of our products, Tekno Kauçuk will be with its customers in many projects in the future just as in the past. In this direction, our company was registered as an R & D Center in 2017 by the
Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology. Since 2013, tests that sector needs according to specifications of BV043, MIL-S-901D, MILSTD-810 F/G, MIL STD-167/1, IEC-60068-2-6/27, EN 61373, ISO 16750-3 and RTCA DO-160G has been also performed with the Shock and Vibration Test Center within the facility in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone. In this context, electro-mechanic (Shaker) where shock and vibration tests can be performed and medium weight shock test machine (MWSM) where equipment up to 2 tones can be performed under shock testing are available. As of October 2016, Tekno Shock and Vibration Center completed the accreditation process from Türkak in accordance with TS EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 standard. The Center has become one of the few laboratories that can perform the MIL-STD-810F / G shock and vibration tests in Turkey and has succeeded to become one and only facility that
performed MIL-S-901D shock tests.
