Teknopark Istanbul is a deep technology center established in 2010 in Kurtköy, adjacent to Sabiha Gökçen Airport, under the leadership of the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB) and the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce. It aims to enable domestic and foreign entrepreneurs to contribute to Turkey's technology development capacity. On its modern campus, Teknopark Istanbul implements a model of university-industry-entrepreneur collaboration, conducting sensitive work in areas such as defense industry, cybersecurity, energy, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and more. Leading Turkey's technological advancement alongside firms like STM, Aselsan, and TAI, it currently hosts over 550 companies, more than 10,000 R&D engineers, and has completed over 3,500 national projects, contributing to the technology ecosystem with domestic and national technologies.
