We have a melting capacity of 200 tons/month for steel and 50 tons/month for aluminium alloys.
We cast complex parts of steel alloy parts within the 1 gr - 120 kg weight range and aluminium alloy parts within the 10 gr – 50 kg weight range.
Normalizing and soft annealing for steel parts; solution treatment and aging heat treatment for aluminium parts are carried out in-house.
By conducting all the metallurgical and mechanical tests in our laboratories, we are able to obtain results rapidly, and therefore problem solving and time & cost control become our core capabilities.Our Quality Management System is certified by KIWA and our NDT Laboratories are NADCAP certified by PRI.
