MOTA POWER
About
MOTA Power Systems was established in 2018 in the Eskişehir Technology Development Zone with the aim of developing tailored solutions for power system needs, primarily for unmanned aerial vehicles.
MOTA operates in three main areas:
1) Development of small-sized, high power-density internal combustion engines, electric motors, and generators, as well as hybrid solutions in which these systems are offered as integrated power packages
2) Development of UAV engine subsystems and accessories
3) Development of test systems for specific needs and provision of engineering services
The founder of the company, Erhan Bilgiç, took part in Türkiye’s most important UAV engine development projects between 2008 and 2018 and, under the umbrella of TEI (Tusaş Engine Industries, Inc.), played a leading role in the development of the country’s first UAV engines.
In September 2018, he left his position at TEI and founded MOTA Power Systems with the goal of developing innovative and competitive products in line with national needs.
The objective of MOTA Power Systems is to become an indispensable partner for domestic needs in the fields of critical engine accessory systems and compact power systems, while also generating high added value for the national economy through the export of innovative and competitive products.
