Ziraat Participation Bank Inc. has a capital of 675,000,000 -TL, and was established with the permission of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, published in the Official Gazette dated October 15, 2014, and numbered 29146, dated October 10, 2014, and numbered 6046. It obtained its operating license with the decision dated May 12, 2015, numbered 6302, published in the Official Gazette dated May 14, 2015, numbered 29355, by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency. Pursuant to the decision taken at the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held in December 2023, the capital of Ziraat Katılım Bank was increased to 10,350,000,000 TL.
