''The foundations of the TURCAR family, which is among the leading cutting tool manufacturers in Turkey, are based on 25 years of hardware experience. In addition to cutting tools produced for use in many sectors, it has taken itself to a professional level by meeting special demands from companies and producing quick solutions for their needs. In this sense, it has achieved great success by reducing companies' consumable costs and making their process processes more efficient.
At the beginning of 2019, radical change decisions were made within the company. In this context, 5S and Kaizen studies were initiated in the production line, Sales & Marketing strategies and structuring were developed with an innovative structure, the ERP / MRP cost study process was improved, this process was brought to the most optimum level by working with all our stakeholders to further our competitive power worldwide, and R&D and P&D investments were further increased. "With these and many similar changes and development steps being taken, we, as the TURCAR family, are taking firm steps towards a continuous and sustainable growth target."
