BEGA Defense and Aviation was established in 2012 with the aim of reducing the defense industry’s reliance on foreign sources by utilizing domestic resources and capabilities for production and product development. As the company’s founder, I have 35 years of experience in the defense industry. Between 1985 and 2007, I worked on various projects in the HBT and MGEO groups at ASELSAN. We have assembled an experienced team, each member an expert in their respective fields (Electronics, Electro-Optics, Electro-Mechanics, Cabling Design, etc.) and having worked for many years at leading organizations in the defense industry. Our goal is to contribute to our country by leveraging our expertise in Optics, Electro-Optics, Electronics, and Communications, along with our engineering and management capabilities, to provide innovative services focused on continuous improvement across Design, Manufacturing, Project Management, Sales, and After-Sales Services.
With this experience and accumulated knowledge, our primary goal is to provide high-value-added, innovative, and reliable products and solutions to domestic customers, particularly the Turkish Armed Forces, thereby reducing Turkey’s dependence on foreign technology and helping the country achieve its global objectives by enhancing brand recognition. In line with these goals, within the scope of localization, we design and manufacture products in the fields of Electronics, Electro-Optics, and Power Electronics that have been unavailable in recent years.
