Founded in 1990, Tron is one of Turkey's leading companies in the design and production of broadband communication equipment. Since its establishment, it has been implementing a business model focused on original design and mass production. With over 30 years of experience, Tron provides RF/microwave Signal Distribution and Conditioning solutions for key industrial organizations in the Telecom-Broadband and Defense-Aerospace industries.
Tron, with a total of 65 employees including 22 design engineers and 20 technicians, produces in ISO9001 and AS9100 standards in a closed area of 2,200 square meters. Tron has been exporting to various countries in the Telecom-Broadband sector for more than 20 years. The communication equipment it produces are used in different geographies, from Southeast Asia to North America.
The history of Tron's activities in the Defense-Aerospace industry dates back to 2011. Mikes Inc. The activities that started with the company continued to increase every year with the cooperation with important industrial organizations such as Aselsan, Roketsan and TUSAŞ. As of 2017, Tron has become Aselsan's approved subcontractor in the design and production areas. As a result of the cooperation increasing every year, Tron has become Aselsan's Strategic Partner as of November 2021. Defense-Aerospace Products Tron offers unique designs at component, module and subsystem levels for Electronic Warfare and Tactical Communication applications in the Defense-Aerospace sector.
These include Signal Amplifiers, LNAs, Switchable Filter Banks/Arrays, Bandpass/Stop Filters, Tunable Filters, RF Switching and Distribution Units, RF Power Amplifiers and Inductive Sensors for Tactical Radio Networks. Design, Testing and EMM Infrastructure Tron offers RF/microwave hardware design solutions up to 40 GHz. From block diagram to mechanical design, all design work is done with Tron's own human resources and infrastructure.
Electro-Mechanical Assembly (EMM) is carried out in accordance with the AS9100 Aviation Quality Management System, with Tron's own human resources and infrastructure, which has more than 30 years of experience in RF equipment production. The products designed and produced by Tron are used in various sea, land and air platforms of the Turkish Armed Forces. Many competencies coming from the Telecom-Broadband industry, such as high lightning resistance and design suitable for harsh physical conditions, contribute to Tron's Defense-Aerospace industry work.
Tron carries out design verification and qualification tests using external source laboratories as well as its own infrastructure such as Lightning Generator, Air Conditioning Cabinet and ESD Device.
