As Merkad, with 40 years of manufacturing experience, we produce high-precision parts for the aerospace, automotive, energy, glass industry, and other sectors.

Our production department is equipped with 5 axis, 4 axis, 3 axis CNC High Speed Machining Centers, CNC Turning Machines, CNC Coordinate Measuring Machine, CNC Plasma Transfer Arc Welding Machine and other auxiliary machines. We use advanced ERP (ABAS) and CAD-CAM (Solidworks, Siemens NX, Hypermill, Vericut, Powermill) software in all production processes with its strong engineering infrastructure, innovative management staff and 92 employees (16 of which are mechanical engineers). Our design center approved by the "Turkish Republic Ministry of Industry and Technology".

Merkad has AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 certificates.
